The moment I walked through the doors of Capital, I knew I had found my people. The level of spiritual awareness among the staff, the compassion they show, the sense of community, and the genuine level of care are truly one of a kind. I completed the program with an entirely new perspective on life, one that I was able to anchor into a solid foundation that I still live by today. Capital gave me a safe space to heal, grow, reconnect with myself, and begin building a life that I am genuinely proud of. Now, just over a year into continued sobriety, I truly couldn't be happier or more grateful for how far I've come. Capital will always hold such a special place in my heart. I am incredibly grateful to the people there who helped guide and support me as I stepped into this next chapter of my life and spiritual journey. My time at capital recovery was absolutely life changing. They treated me like family before during and even after my time there. I was able to process, grief and heal in ways I never was able to before. With the support of the entire capital recovery time I was able to get my life back that I had been yearning for. They showed me how to properly heal, meditate, and find my inner peace. I wouldn't be where I am today without their guidance, at the end of the day it's how much work you put in yourself and into yourself but the guidance of the capital staff helps that transition become so much easier. This was my forth recovery center. And was by far the best I've ever been to. They focus on smart recovery something I didn't know a lot about. Not being a 12 step person, I found that smart recovery was definitely for me. Meditation, breath work, Journaling along with NA and AA meetings have helped me want to stay clean. The staff at capital is by far the best I've encountered. They actually care about you and focus on you and your needs. If you need anything They are there for you. Something I've never felt at any other treatment centers. I would recommend this place to any and all looking for a unique journey in recovery. Capital Recovery Health provides the most loving care one could possibly find when seeking recovery. The staff at Capital go above and beyond and I have never had more success in my recovery until going through this program. They provide a unique healing environment that encourages self exploration and provide education around raising levels of consciousness. The spiritual experiences I had here were life changing and I am forever grateful that the universe placed me here when I needed it most. Forever my soul family! I absolutely love it here 💯! The staff is truly amazing. Capital saved my life, hands down. I will be forever grateful for this place. I have been to several different rehabs and never stayed. I recommend and suggest that anyone and everyone battling with addiction issues definitely goes to this place. They are not only an amazing program filled with so much helpful tools, but also all of the staff there is amazing as well. My experience at capital recovery couldn't have been better. The staff are well educated and supportive. Capital recovery gave me back hope for my future by providing an Incredible environment to heal in, and groups that I was able to learn from. I gained fresh Insight, and a deeper understanding of my strengths and weaknesses. I had the time of my life! If I didnt know any better, id say it was summer camp. This was the best PHP program I've ever completed. The women's housing was staffed with amazing women and the benefits from attending groups at the center... LIFE CHANGING.
